1. Using Crateflip
Crateflip is a pre-launch service for artists to publish a single track, a concise profile, and a set of essential links.
By accessing or using the service you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and able to form a binding agreement. If you are using Crateflip on behalf of someone else, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms on their behalf.
To power the dashboard summaries, Crateflip records visit, play, and link-click analytics for each profile. These engagement metrics help you understand how people interact with the page you share.
When using these analytics you agree not to misuse the information, attempt to re-identify individuals, or combine it with other data in a way that compromises anyone's privacy. Use the anonymised summaries provided in your dashboard, and review our Privacy Policy to learn how the data is collected and safeguarded.

2. Accounts and access
You are responsible for the security of your account and for all activity that happens under it. Please use a strong password, keep your credentials confidential, and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
We may update, pause, or remove features while Crateflip is pre-launch. We will do our best to provide advance notice when possible, but some changes may happen without warning as we refine the product.
3. Artist content
You retain ownership of the audio, imagery, and text you upload to Crateflip. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the service to you and anyone you share it with.
Please make sure that everything you upload belongs to you or that you have permission to use it. You are responsible for the legality of your content, and you agree not to infringe or violate the rights of others, including any third-party rights in downloadable copies.
Track downloads stay disabled until you switch them on from the dashboard. Enabling downloads adds a save option to your public page that delivers the same audio file you uploaded, so only use the toggle when you have the rights to distribute the track in that format.
When you replace your track, Crateflip keeps a private copy of the previous upload in trackHistory so we can recover from errors, confirm moderation reports, and maintain a reliable experience.
These archived versions stay behind the scenes and are removed if you delete your account, which clears trackHistory along with the rest of your profile data.
4. Acceptable use
To keep Crateflip healthy we ask that you avoid behaviour that could harm other people or the service itself. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Uploading abusive, hateful, or unlawful material.
- Attempting to probe, scan, or break the platform.
- Using Crateflip to send spam or unauthorised commercial messages.
5. Ending or suspending access
You can delete your account at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or if we believe it is necessary to protect other users or our infrastructure. We will try to let you know about any enforcement action unless doing so would create legal or security risks.
6. Disclaimers and liability
Crateflip is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or warrant that the service will be free of errors. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Crateflip and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you. In those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
